Money Hill Developments

Within the North West Leicestershire Local Plan Land north of Ashby de la Zouch (referred to as Money Hill) is allocated for housing and employment uses.  This allocation is also supported within the Ashby de la Zouch Neighbourhood Plan, which cannot be in conflict with the Local Plan.  The development of the Money Hill site will include 2,050 dwellings and 16 hectares of employment land.

A plan of the area is shown on the:

A clearer map showing the areas that already have planning permission was presented to the Local Plan Examiner
